anxiety, stress, and unhelpful patterns in your life.

Having navigated my own path to growth, I know how challenging change can feel. My practice offers compassionate support and proven hypnotherapy techniques to help you break free from old habits, boost confidence, and discover a greater sense of calm and control.

Clinical Hypnosis is a gentle and safe approach — much like drifting into a daydream — where your mind is open to positive, lasting transformation. Each session is tailored to your needs and you remain in control throughout.

I am based in Hook, Hampshire, nestled in a log cabin in my garden surrounded by nature. I offer both in-person sessions and online appointments via Zoom, making support accessible wherever you are.

My Education

I am a qualified Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist, having completed my training at the highly reputable Innervisions School of Clinical Hypnosis. I am fully insured and possess an enhanced DBS check. My training is accredited by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC), and I am an active member of the General Hypnotherapy Register.

What to Expect

Free Consultation

I offer a free 40-minute Zoom consultation to better understand your challenges and determine how I can assist. If you wish to proceed, I’ll email you a consultation form to complete beforehand. After our session, I will recommend the number of sessions needed based on your goals. Typically, I work in blocks of four one-hour sessions, but some issues, like smoking cessation, may require only one session, while others may need more.

First Session

If you’re joining the first session via Zoom, ensure you have stable internet, a plugged-in charger, and a quiet space. Wear loose, warm clothing and sit upright in a comfortable chair, as the session includes relaxation.

For in-person attendance, you’ll be warmly welcomed at the Millpond log cabin, where every effort is made to ensure you feel comfortable and at ease during your first session. I truly look forward to supporting you on your journey and welcoming you soon.
